This is beautiful Alison and I can relate so much 😊. Thank you so much for putting your experience into words, it certainly was a time and getting out every day helped me too but my options at SJRH were loops of parking lot β€œH” or busy and noisy university Ave. I envy your peaceful trail setting. Good for you, on continuing to walk. I'm of the mind that if I leave the hospital, I'm not coming back (that day). Especially in summer. Good advice to "take your breaks"!
